Where are your offices?

Our head office is at Hunkins Waterfront Plaza, Suite 556 Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies, but we have agent's offices in Barbados, Antigua, Granada and Jamaica. Direct phone numbers to these Agents are on the web site. But we will come to you and it will not be necessary for you to come to our offices.

How much does a house cost?

The prices vary depending on the area and the size of the house. Different Islands have different cement, sand and stone prices. The consultant will discuss our pricing structure with you in detail for your location.

Can I buy just a building Lot from you?

Yes, where we have some available but we provide the full package so a house building contract would need to be discussed as we sell a complete building package.

What kind of houses do you have?

We have a variety of designs. You can choose an Entry Level House or an Elite House. The choice is up to you and we will adapt to what you can afford.

How much deposit will I need to pay?

We will assist with your mortgage application for the complete package. During this process, the cost and mortgage entitlement can be worked out. A deposit this will decrease your monthly mortgage installment so it will improve your chance of receiving a home loan.

Can I come and see one of the houses that you have built?

Yes, of course, our agent will take you to see a house before you will make a purchase.

What will I need to qualify for a loan?

You need a wage slip showing you monthly income. This can be a joint income, so if you and your husband/wife together are embarking on the house purchase your mortgage amount will be higher and improve your chance to qualify.

Further you will need

  • An identity document
  • Three months bank statements
  • A pay slip that is not older than 3 months
  • Proof of residence, this could be a telephone bill or an electricity account showing your name and present address.

Our consultant will discuss these documents in detail with you.

I work for myself, will I still qualify for a loan?

Yes. The consultant that will call you back will discuss everything with you.

Can you sell their house that they are living in now?

We are property developers and house builders, not estate agents. We do not sell existing houses, but we will refer them to a good estate agent.

Do you have any existing houses?

No. We only sell new houses.

Which banks do we use to finance the houses?

We are known to most mortgage lenders.

Who do you use to build the houses?

We are the prime contractor but do engage approved subcontractors for plumbing and electric installations.

Do your houses have a guarantee?

Yes. All our houses have a 5-year guarantee against structural defects.

What type of roof does the house have?

All our houses have concrete roofs where the structural steel elements within the roof are integrally joined to the walls thus rendering our houses' roofs hurricane proof for wind pressure generated by wind speeds of 185K/h. The roof finish can be smooth or tiled.

What type of bricks do you use?

We have progressed to using thermally insulated concrete which makes Nacoma homes cool all summer long yet stronger than conventional bricks or blocks which over time often show settlement cracks and don't meet the load strength of 1530 kN/m which Nacoma walls do. Our houses come with a 5year guarantee and we have to use only high quality materials because we don't want to come back to fix a house that has cracked. We rather use good material so we can avoid such a situation.

Do your houses have tiles or carpets on the floor?

The Entry Level Houses has a screed floor, but the Elite Houses has tiles. But you can choose tiles as an optional extra when buying a Entry Level House

How much cupboard space is there?

Built in cupboards are optional extras for the Entry Level houses, but standard in the Elite Houses.

Does your houses have a bath or a shower?

All houses come with a 1.7 meter bath and shower over. If you would prefer a shower only, we can replace the bath with a shower.

Are you related to any International conglomerate?

No. We are an independent company and CARICOM based.

Can I design my own house?

Yes. You can choose one of our designs or you can design your own. Designing your own house will incur some additional costs.

How big is the house?

The smallest houses we have are 42 square meters. We can make the house as big as you can afford and as big as what the yard is.

How big is the building lot?

Mostly, lot sizes varies from 200 square meters up to 600 square meters but agricultural size lots can be found.

Does the house have a garage?

A garage is an optional extra. The agent will be able to give you a quotation for a garage.

Does the house have a carport?

A carport is an optional extra. The agent will be able to give you a quotation for a carport.

How long will it take you to build the house? When can I move in?

There are a few factors that influence how long it takes before you can move into your new house. Once the mortgage is registered in your name it usually takes about 12 weeks.
